Bubble Tea Cup with Thick Straw – Perfect for Pearls, Food-Grade

Bubble Tea Cup with Thick Straw – Perfect for Pearls, Food-Grade

We offer bubble tea cups paired with thick straws, all made of food-grade materials (PET/PP for cups, food-safe plastic for straws). The thick straw is specifically designed to handle pearls, boba, or large toppings, ensuring smooth sipping without clogging. The cup itself has a wide mouth and a sealed lid, preventing spills and keeping drinks fresh. This set is a must-have for milk tea shops, as it solves the common problem of thin straws failing to pass toppings, enhancing customer satisfaction. Customization (colors, logos) is available at low costs.

Why choose us?

Food-Grade Materials & Green Innovation, Ensuring Safety & Sustainability

We adhere to using only food-grade materials like PET, PVC, PETG, PP, PE, PS, and Tritan—PET/PVC for yard glasses and Tritan/PET for wine glasses, guaranteeing safe drink contact. Beyond traditional plastics, we’re developing greener alternatives (PLA from corn-starch/sugar cane bagasse, bamboo fiber, wheat straw) to reduce environmental impact, aligning with global sustainability trends while meeting safety standards for all products (bubble tea cups, slush cups, etc.).

Cost-Effective Solutions with Professional Adaptability

We balance quality and cost-efficiency: PP IML drinking cups act as top branding promoters at low costs, cutting business marketing expenses. For large-scale events (carnivals, sports games) or daily operations (cafés, bars), we offer suitable products—disposable cups for quick cleanup, reusable ones for long-term use. Our material-product matching (e.g., thick slush cups for cold retention) ensures optimal performance, delivering cost-effective value for every customer.

User-Centric Design & Industry-Proven Reliability

Our products feature user-friendly designs: bubble tea cups with seal lids to prevent spills, plastic coffee cups with insulation layers to avoid burns, and tumblers with non-slip bases for stability. Widely used in bars, cinemas, theme parks (including Universal Studio), our cups have proven reliability—sturdy plastic resists breakage, transparent designs enhance drink appeal, and customizable options (logo printing on stadium cups) cater to business branding needs, winning trust from diverse clients.

Related products

Our Bubble Tea Cup with Thick Straw is a integrated solution designed to eliminate one of the most frustrating customer experiences in bubble tea service: straws that clog when sipping toppings like boba, taro balls, or large fruit chunks. This product combines a high-quality food-grade plastic cup (available in PET, PP, or PLA) with a specially engineered thick straw, creating a seamless, user-friendly system. The cup itself is crafted to meet food safety standards (FDA, LFGB) and features a mouth diameter of 80-90mm (for 500ml-700ml capacities) that perfectly accommodates the accompanying straw, while the straw—made of food-grade PP or PLA—is 12-14mm in outer diameter (2-3 times thicker than standard drinking straws) with a smooth inner bore that prevents toppings from getting stuck. The straw’s length is calibrated to reach the bottom of the cup (180-220mm for 700ml cups), ensuring customers can sip every last drop of bubble tea and all toppings without needing to tilt the cup excessively. A key design innovation of the thick straw is its reinforced top rim, which is slightly wider (15mm) to fit securely into the cup’s lid hole, creating a tight seal that prevents leaks and ensures the straw does not slip out during use. The straw is also flexible (made from a blend of PP and TPE for slight bendability) but rigid enough to resist collapsing when sipped—even when sucking up large, chewy toppings. For the cup, we offer both clear and colored options, with a reinforced base that provides stability and a body thickness (1.1mm) that resists deformation. The accompanying lid (made of food-grade PP or PLA) features a pre-cut hole sized exactly for the thick straw, with a small silicone flap that covers the hole when the straw is not in use (preventing spills if the cup is tipped over accidentally). This integrated cup-and-straw system is ideal for bubble tea shops, cafes, convenience stores, and event venues where toppings are a core part of the menu. For example, a national bubble tea chain in Southeast Asia that offers over 15 types of toppings (including extra-large “jumbo boba”) partnered with us to implement this system. Prior to using our thick straws, the chain received an average of 15 customer complaints per store per week about clogged straws; after switching, complaints dropped to less than 1 per week, and customer satisfaction scores increased by 28%. Another case involves a food truck festival in Texas, where our cup-and-straw sets were used to serve bubble tea to over 8,000 attendees. The thick straws allowed customers to easily sip mixed toppings (boba + popping boba + jelly) without stopping to unclog the straw, reducing wait times at the truck and increasing sales volume by 20% compared to the previous year (when standard straws were used). Customization options extend to both the cup and the straw: the cup can be printed with logos, brand colors, or promotional messages via IML (for plastic cups) or water-based inks (for PLA cups), while the straw can be tinted to match the cup’s color (e.g., a pink cup with a light pink straw) for a cohesive brand look. For sustainability-focused brands, we offer a fully PLA version of the system (cup + straw + lid), all made from renewable resources and biodegradable under industrial composting conditions. We also provide options for the straw’s design, such as a slightly tapered tip (to easily pierce the lid) or a textured outer surface (for better grip when inserting or removing the straw). When ordering, we can supply the cup and straw as a pre-assembled set (saving staff time during peak hours) or as separate items, depending on your operational needs. Minimum order quantities start at 3,000 sets, and we offer bulk pricing for larger orders (10,000+ sets). To ensure the system fits your specific toppings, we can provide samples for testing—simply share details about your most common topping sizes, and we will recommend the optimal straw diameter. For pricing, customization details, or to request samples, please contact our sales team—we will work with you to create a solution that enhances the customer experience and reduces operational headaches related to clogged straws.

Customer Reviews

Sophia Lee

We run a bubble tea shop and switched to these plastic bubble tea cups last month. The wide mouth makes it easy for customers to suck up pearls, and the thick straws don’t bend easily. The seal lids work perfectly, no spills during delivery. The cups are transparent, so customers can see the colorful drinks inside. Very satisfied with the quality and price.

James Martinez

Our café uses these disposable plastic coffee cups for takeaway orders. The insulation layer keeps coffee hot without burning hands, and the lids seal tightly to prevent leaks. They’re the right size for most of our coffee drinks, and customers often comment on how convenient they are. The price is reasonable, making them a cost-effective choice for our business.
